Maps and routing terms

Public address search helps locate facilities and businesses. Confirm every selected address. A search result does not establish pickup county, service coverage, a confirmed ride or payment. Street addresses entered in the trip form are retained with the trip record; city-selection fields retain only the selected city.

When enabled, fleet routing uses authorized on-duty driver locations and assigned stops. Missing coordinates, aging positions and unavailable route estimates are identified for dispatcher review. An estimate does not confirm passenger readiness, driver availability or trip completion.

Google Maps supplies route-time forecasts. Traffic, access and road conditions can change. Dispatch must verify the route, coverage and appointment requirements before making an assignment.

Use of Google Maps content is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Do not copy, export or reuse Google route content beyond the permitted display.
