RELAY SOLUTIONS, LLC

Privacy policy

Our inquiry and company-application forms collect the business contact details and information you enter. Relay uses them to respond to your request and review potential business relationships.

Submissions are stored for the Relay site owner to review. We use hosting services to operate the website and process submissions. These forms do not subscribe you to marketing messages or send an automatic email confirmation.

Please do not submit patient information, medical records, passwords, Social Security numbers, payment details, insurance documents or driver records. We will arrange an appropriate way to receive any documents needed for onboarding.

To ask about a submission or request its correction or deletion, email contact@relaytrips.com or call 918-822-0030.

Text-message preferences and privacy

The optional SMS checkbox on a business-inquiry or company-application form is separate from permission to reply by phone call or email. It applies only to informational replies about that inquiry, only to the number entered, and only when you select it. It does not enroll passengers, authorize return-pickup messages or subscribe you to marketing.

With the submission, we store whether the SMS box was selected, the submitted contact details, the server-recorded date and time, the form location, and the exact disclosure and policy version. These records are available to the Relay site owner in the existing private inquiry inbox. Submission does not send a text or verify ownership of the number. Text messaging is not active through these forms.

Relay does not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not transferred to transportation providers or other brands for their own messaging. Hosting and communications service providers may process this information only as needed to operate Relay’s services, subject to applicable service arrangements; consent is not permission for their independent use.

To withdraw your preference or ask about your record, call 918-822-0030 or email contact@relaytrips.com. When SMS is available, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See the SMS terms for program scope and availability. Do not send medical details, documents or other sensitive information by text.

Driver reports and vehicle photos

The driver app saves trip progress, odometer readings, vehicle inspection results, submission times and the signed-in account identity. Office staff at the assigned company and Relay administrators can review these records, scheduled checks and missing evidence. Vehicle photos are stored privately and require authorized access to view. Image metadata, including EXIF location, is removed before storage. Keep vehicle photos limited to vehicles and equipment. Do not upload people or passenger information. The browser reporting workspace does not collect GPS or passenger signatures.

Native driver location sharing

Approved drivers can sign in to the connected native app and explicitly start on-duty location sharing. With the driver’s permission, the app collects coordinates, horizontal accuracy and capture times while a shift is active, including in the background. Ending the shift stops local capture. A lost connection can delay the server’s stop acknowledgement; dispatch will see an aging position until that acknowledgement arrives or the shift expires. Tracking does not automatically resume after reopening the app, and force-quitting or changing permissions can interrupt it.

Authorized office staff at the assigned company and Relay administrators can review positions, freshness and connected devices. GPS samples older than seven days are removed during upload cleanup. Inactive records may remain until that cleanup runs. Device credential hashes, shift times and revocation records support account security. Credentials are held in the phone’s protected storage. The dispatcher’s embedded fleet map loads Google Maps and shares its map view and displayed location area with Google. Traffic-aware routing sends the shared driver coordinate, the stop coordinate or public city area, and departure time to Google to estimate the road route and travel time. Driver names, passenger identities, account emails and appointment deadlines are not sent. Route geometry and estimates are held temporarily in server and page memory; request counts, timestamps and sanitized outcomes are retained to control routing usage. Opening an individual Google Maps link sends the selected coordinate to Google. GPS does not establish passenger readiness, trip arrival or completion.

Public address search

Opening address search loads Google Maps. Your search text, selected public location, IP address and site origin are sent to Google. Search only public facilities and businesses; never enter passenger information or private home addresses. The selected public address and map stay in page memory and are cleared when the form or page closes. City-selection fields retain only the selected city. Street addresses entered in the trip form are retained with the trip record. Relay does not send trip details, passenger identities or appointment information to Google address search.

Google handles requests under its Privacy Policy and Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. See the maps and routing terms.
